BMW Mechanics:
Our shop foreman Anthony and his team of mechanics know your BMW as good or better than anyone. We are blessed to have our team of BMW mechanics. Most general repair mechanics don’t understand BMW, therefore they don’t like them. Our mechanics know them and love them. We study them, repair them and drive them. My wife drives a 5 series and my youngest son drives a 3 series. I myself will be driving an M series when I decide to quit being frugal…haha. There is a big difference between a mechanic that specializes in your BMW vs. a mechanic that just works in a general repair shop. Our mechanics know how to get any type of concern diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner.
BMW Factory Equipment:
BMW’s require a lot of specialized equipment and tools in order to service, diagnose and repair them properly. We have the factory scan tool to help us diagnose and repair any concern you may have. We have access to the factory diagrams needed to properly identify concerns with your car. We also have access to all the factory diagnostic and repair information needed. This is a substantial investment over the years and continues to be an investment in our business.
BMW Factory Training:
Although our BMW mechanics have collected some of their training straight from BMW, there are multiple suppliers that have stepped up to provide all the training our mechanics need to stay up to date on all things BMW. There is no replacement for the many combined years that we have all spent working on BMW's, but it is nice to have training options available to keep us on our toes. We have been spending a lot of time lately with online training on all the electric platforms that BMW is coming out with. It is fun and exciting to keep up with all the technological advances. BMW is leading the way in many aspects of innovation.
BMW OE Quality Parts:
Seeing as your BMW is a lot different than most vehicles, it requires different parts than most vehicles. It is important the the shop working on your BMW knows what parts are required to maintain the quality level of your vehicle. We have the factory parts catalogs available if we end up needing the dealer part. We also have great relationships with parts vendors that specialize in BMW parts. Companies like WorldPac, Factory Motor Parts and Skf all stock Oe quality BMW parts for us without us having to buy directly from the BMW dealer. This allows us to repair your vehicle in a timely manner and with a fair market price.
BMW Warranty:
If we are servicing your newer model BMW that is still covered under the factory warranty, we utilize Oe quality fluids and parts to keep your factory warranty intact. We also have great record keeping of our digital inspections, estimates and repair orders so that is required if you ever have a warranty claim. If we ever discover a repair that your BMW needs that is covered under the factory warranty, unfortunately we will have to send you to the only BMW dealer in Utah to get that covered, but we will be sure to help you with that process to make it as easy as possible. For all items not covered under the BMW factory warranty, we give our BMW customers a 3 year, 100k mile warranty on all repairs we perform for you.
