My son was having issues with his car. Because I was located hundreds of miles away I had to find a company that could get the car in at a reasonable time frame. I was referred to AB Hadley and got a hold of Jeff. He was super accommodating and assisted with getting the car transported and looked at pretty quickly. Receiving the inspection report and the costs associated with it was easy to understand and accept. I felt the pricing, explanation to my questions and follow through were fair and appreciated. I would recommend Jeff and team to anyone and would go back myself. It was appreciated knowing that I could have a smooth resolution being so far away and in a somewhat helpless situation.

Haven’t taken the time to write a review on a company in a while, but these guys deserve it. I’m super happy I was able to find this shop that specializes in so many different vehicles and was able to take my Mercedes in to them. It’s hard to find good timely and quality mechanics (at least in my latest experiences with another vehicle I own) but couldn’t be more happy with the customer service, diagnosis process as well as how quickly and efficiently they were able to fix my car. This shop has quality people and knows a big part to success is their customers and it shows! Thank you, I look forward to bringing my vehicle here for all maintenance needed.

I was looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic shop since I hadn’t found one yet since I moved to the area. By recommendation online, I booked an appointment for my Mazda. From start to finish I was in the loop. I received a call to confirm my appointment the day prior and confirmed the service I wanted done which was a full inspection of my vehicle. Upon dropping off my vehicle I was greeted pleasantly and offered a courtesy ride back home! This gave such a personal touch to something that isn’t always super fun. The communication after dropping off my vehicle was top tier. I was filled in every step of the way and once my vehicle had been fully inspected I was given a full report with photos and recommendations as to what I should consider getting done based on severity level. Never once was I pushed in one direction or another, which was a huge breath of fresh air. I was able to confidently choose what I wanted done and what I decided to hold off on with no judgement. It’s safe to say I found my trusted local mechanic and I will definitely be coming back for any future services. Thank you to all the A.B. Hadley team!

This shop worked on our mini Cooper. Very knowledgeable, very friendly. Great communication throughout the entire process. They fixed our problem, and addressed other issues that could have been fixed also, but didn't pressure us to do it all.. Fixed what needed to be done and they will be there when we decide to address the other issues. Respect. Reasonably priced, fast and we'll be going back for future repairs.

This place is TOP NOTCH. We appreciated every single step that was taken to make sure we were informed and happy as customers. These guys understand their customers better than any other mechanic shop I’ve ever encountered. Way to set the bar! We’ve already recommended these guys to everyone we know!

Customer services is fantastic. Services are great. Prices are reasonable favor for customers. My vehicle needed an A/C recharge & oil change and it was the quickly and they communicated with results. In addition, they will send you a link via text message with all services done and a heads up what will need to be done in the future. Lastly, The conveniency of dropping off and picking up your car is fantastic. Bonus still left me chocolate chip cookies in my car and sent delicious brownies by mail. Thank you so much for the professional services and treats.

I do most the work on my cars so it’s hard to admit you need help. We had them take a look at what I thought was going to be the end of the world. But the tech saw what I couldn’t and diagnosed a much easier problem to repair. Not only that they pointed out some other important things that need to be taken care of. They shared pictures and details about the inspection by text so I could see and understand better. When I didn’t have them fix everything they were very curious and kind. (No guilt trips) This is the first interaction with Hadley’s since my uncle sold the place and I have to say I am so very impressed with what they have done! It’s not often that you get treated better than family. Thank you guys you are awesome!
