Like mentioned above, one of my favorite guys Taylor spent a big part of his career working for Mercedes before moving to Utah to join our team. He knows all things Mercedes and he loves them! He understands the fun to drive cars and Suvs. He also understands the Sprinter vans that are popular in our area for work vehicles. Most general repair mechanics don’t understand Mercedes so they are uncomfortable with them. Taylor and his team of mechanics understand them completely and are comfortable addressing any concern you may have.
Mercedes Factory Equipment:
We have all the factory tools and equipment needed to work on your Mercedes. We have invested a good amount of time and money into our Mercedes collection. There is obviously no replacement for the years of knowledge our Mercedes mechanics have, but it is important for me to provide them with all the tools and equipment they need. This allows them to diagnose and repair your Mercedes in the most efficient manner possible. That is good for both you and I.
Mercedes Factory Training:
Our Mercedes mechanics got their start receiving the factory training as they worked for the Mercedes dealer. They now stay up to date on all the changes with amazing training offered by our vendors. We have access to factory training online, in person and at the large Expo’s all thanks to the great relationships we keep within our industry. Mercedes is constantly innovating and making changes. It is important for us to keep up with all these changes.
Mercedes OE Quality Parts:
We have access to all the Mercedes factory parts catalog to look up parts properly. We are blessed to have great relationships with a few vendors that stock Oe manufacturer parts for you Mercedes without us having to buy them directly from the Mercedes dealer. Suppliers like WorldPac, Factory Motor Parts and Skf stock many of the common parts we need to repair your vehicle. This allows up to get parts of the same quality or better for your Mercedes. This also allows us to source parts in a timely manner rather than waiting on the only dealership in our area to provide the parts. In most cases, our pricing is competitive as well.
Mercedes Warranty:
We service and repair your Mercedes in a manner that will not cause you any issues if your vehicle is still covered under the factory warranty. We utilize fluids, parts and processes that are correct for your specific vehicle. If we do discover a repair that is covered by the factory warranty, unfortunately we will have to send you to the local Mercedes dealer. We have good relationships with the dealer and will help make it as painless as possible. Due to the popularity of Mercedes in our area and only having one dealership, be prepared for a lengthy wait for an appointment at the dealer. We will do our best to address all things possible at our shop without you needing the dealer. We do offer our Mercedes customers a 3 year 100k mile warranty on any repairs we do for you.
