They charge way too much for their services. They charge on the high end of the hourly labor scale and they mark the car parts up nearly 100%

Had a blown head gasket and boiling antifreeze. AB were dogged at getting to the root cause, fixing it and not settling until it was perfect. You cannot put a price on that kind of determination and integrity.
