Volkswagen OE Quality Parts

It is extremely important that your VW is repaired or serviced using the proper parts. It is likely that the fluids and parts that your vehicle requires are not available at the regular local parts store. We have access to all of the factory parts catalogs and utilize a service called Repair Link to help minimize mistakes made in the parts departments. We also have great alternative parts suppliers like WorldPac, Factory Motor Parts and Skf that allows us to purchase Oe manufacturer parts without having to buy them directly from the local Volkswagen dealership. This allows us to source quality parts in a timely manner and keep our pricing fair.

Volkswagen Warranty

In the case that your VW is still covered under the factory warranty, rest assured we utilize the proper fluids, parts and procedures when servicing your vehicle as to not affect your factory warranty. In the case that we find a needed repair that is covered under the factory warranty, unfortunately we must refer you to the local Volkswagen dealer. We keep good relationships with the dealer and can help make this process as easy as possible. When we do a repair for you, we give our Volkswagen customers a 3 year 100k mile warranty on any repairs we do.
