Mini Mechanics:
Our shop foreman is a Mini and BMW specialist. He has been working on them for years and he is very good. Our mini mechanics have years of experience working on Mini’s. Our foreman is currently driving a mini to and from work. I myself have owned a couple Mini’s lately. It is important to take our Mini’s to a mechanic that has specific experience working on them. They are different from any car out there so it takes a different strategy to repair them properly. Our Mini mechanics have all the experience, training and equipment needed to address any concern you may throw at them.
Mini Factory Equipment:
You may or may not know that Mini and BMW are under that same manufacturer umbrella. We utilize our same factory BMW scan equipment when working on your Mini. Over the years, we have invested a good amount of money into having all the right equipment to take care of any concern that may come up on your Mini. We have access to all the factory diagrams, diagnostic strategies and repair information. There is no replacement for the years of experience our Mini mechanics have, but it is important for me to provide them with all the factory equipment they need. This allows us to repair your car in an efficient manner which is good for you and I both.
Mini Factory Training:
There is no replacement for the many years of experience our Mini mechanics have accumulated working in the shop everyday, but it is important for us to stay up to date on training. Our suppliers do an amazing job of making all the factory training available to our mechanics. Online classes, in person classes and large Expo’s keep our mechanics all up to date on the latest and greatest. We have a culture of constant learning and improvement. Our thirst for knowledge mixed with our love for cars is what has brought us down the auto repair path in the first place.
Mini OE Quality Parts:
It is unlikely that the regular old local parts store is going to have the parts needed for your Mini. If they do, how do you know they are of the same or better quality? We are extremely grateful to have great relationships with European parts specialists like WorldPac, Factory Motor Parts and SKF. These vendors allow us to purchase Oe manufacturer parts without always having to source them from the dealer. This allows us to provide a repair of the same or higher quality than original, and have a fair market price. We also find that these vendors stock a lot of the common needed parts. This allows us to repair your vehicle in a timely manner without waiting for the only dealer in Utah to order in the parts.
Mini Warranty:
We are certified to service and repair Mini’s. We utilize the proper fluids,parts and procedures to be sure to not cause you any problems if your car is still covered under the Mini factory warranty. When serving your Mini, if we do find a concern that is covered under the factory warranty, unfortunately we do have to send you to the dealership to have it covered, but will help you make that process as easy as possible. As far as the repairs we do in house, we offer our Mini customers a 3 year 100k mile warranty on any repair we do for you.
