I had a very positive experience working with Jeff. They did a thorough inspection that revealed some issues I wasn’t aware of but didn’t pressure me to have anything done beyond what I brought the car down for. I felt they were very honest. I was also impressed with how nice the waiting room is. I’ll definitely be back and will refer!

This was the first time coming here and they were nothing but professional and nice. Jeff went over all the issues with my car and even sent photos of the parts that were in need of repair. I will continue to use them in the future.

I had a major problem with my Traverse and AB Hadley had me fixed and ready to go within a couple of days. I used their loaner car and was able to get to work after my car breaking down. They are fair efficient and competent. My car runs great!

How do I begin? From the moment my husband and I walked into your establishment we were greeted by friendly and professional staff. Your services, and what and when you could provide those services were clearly explained to us. After waiting the two weeks, I called for an update. What a nice surprise to hear that my car would be ready that day! There are several maintenance issues needed to get my car in shape, and now I have a prioritized list from your establishment to begin the process. This shop did an amazing job! I dropped off my jeep with an unknown issue, it would cut out on me when id drive it far. They checked out the whole car, gave me an inspection list. I had a suspension that it was the fuel pump but they told me it had normal pressure so we were 50/50 on replacing it. We decided to have it replaced and sure enough, the fuel pump was the wrong one and the fuel line was kinked. They fixed it perfectly, did other services like break flush. Transmission service, and front diff service. The night I picked it up, it was after hours but they made it so easy and safe for me to get my jeep. I drove back home (over n hour) and I was able to keep it going 70mph (wasnt able to do that before) easily and its shifting smoother, the breaks feel amazing and i dont have to push so hard on the emergency break anymore. I highly recommend this shop, they all did an amazing job! I've extremely satisfied. They are my new repair shop, even if it's an hour away from me. They said they would be able to pick it up for free anywhere and that's pretty cool too! 10/10 great customer service. They even left me a little gift in the jeep! Super cool!
