Did a quick and thoughtful evaluation of my car fixed the problem and asked me to follow up on their service.

Wonderful. On day they might have a coffee and tea bar for those waiting.

I was very impressed with the service I received last Friday... an oil change.. yearly maintenance check and they cleaned the battery terminals...they sent me home with a list of items to be aware of in the future.
