I have a suspected timing chain replacement and I wanted confirmation and pricing. They were really easy to schedule with and communicated openly, clearly, and timely. They confirmed the problem and gave me a nice long list of other maintenance activities that were probably overdue. We went over the list together and identified maintenance that had already been done, stuff I can do, and stuff I'd prefer for them to do. Unfortunately my vehicle is annoying and timing chain replacements require a lot of extra labor and I couldn't afford the price they bid out for me. So I'll have to do it myself, which wasn't my first choice. They were understanding and respectful of my position. What was really nice is that they answered several questions I had regarding some of the steps in the work and what they would do. They shared their expertise anyway, even though I wasn't able to have them do the work. So, all in all, I feel they are calm and trustworthy guys that would likely have done amazing work. Shop looked clean. They didn't seem like their mechanics were being over scheduled, but are kept busy. And from an office management perspective, seemed like they have their processeses worked out, up to date, and running smooth. Look forward to having them do something else for me in the future.
