I actually had a great experience! It sounds weird to say when your car is broken, but my son’s car had what seemed like a transmission problem. We took it to a different place, a transmission shop and they told us it was an electrical problem. We took it to Hadley’s and they troubleshot the electrical system, got it corrected, and charged us less than they originally quoted. The process took some time, but they provided a loner car and Chad communicated frequently so I always knew the status of the work. In the end, we ended up scrapping the car because the transmission costs more than the car is worth, but Hadley’s was great to work with. Their courtesy and professionalism was top notch. I plan to take all my cars there in the (hopefully distant) future.

All mechanics, cars and schedules are clearly outlined on a flat screen monitor for all to see - I was amazed. I received an exact list of problems with my car with accurate prices listed - that was a first in my 40 years of car repairs. They took care of my car like it was their own and even provided me with a loaner while the work was being done. I am from NY and will schedule maintenance on my car with AB Hadley when next in town. I want to clone them in my community! They really are that great. Actually, way beyond great. A+++

A.B.Hadley did a fantastic, thorough job on fixing my vehicle. Every person I spoke with (at least 3) was very friendly & helpful. Their customer service & overall service was above & beyond what I expected. I will never go any where else again! They had great communication, were very timely, and worked with me on a ride. If I could give more than 5 stars for extra credit, I would!

AB Hadley is the best. I have been taking my car to them for years. They are honest, I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on services I don’t need, and take great care of my car. They also called quickly for updates and gave me a realistic estimate when my car was going to be done. Quick turn around time. Completely trust them with my car!

Needed help with check engine light would not go off, They did a complete assessment of the car. Found things that needed repair. A sensor not installed right was the big problem
