I actually had a great experience! It sounds weird to say when your car is broken, but my son’s car had what seemed like a transmission problem. We took it to a different place, a transmission shop and they told us it was an electrical problem. We took it to Hadley’s and they troubleshot the electrical system, got it corrected, and charged us less than they originally quoted. The process took some time, but they provided a loner car and Chad communicated frequently so I always knew the status of the work. In the end, we ended up scrapping the car because the transmission costs more than the car is worth, but Hadley’s was great to work with. Their courtesy and professionalism was top notch. I plan to take all my cars there in the (hopefully distant) future.
