Very thorough analysis of "service 4WD" display found transfer case encoder motor needed replacement, A.B.Hadley fixed that but also replaced fluids for brakes, power steering, transfer case, and differentials. They alerted us to brake and shock absorber issues which I fixed, and alignment issues which our regular tire shop handled . A.B.Hadley did a documented review of our 2006 Suburban and printed copies. Diana, Chris, and Jeff we're our contacts and did great. We will be back.

We bought a train wreck and didn't find out till a week later. These guys got it running again. They were helpful, friendly, communicated and did their best to help us in a tight spot. We def would use them again.

When you do business with a company and it feels extremely different than the usual you know they are looking out for you. I very rarely write reviews. I had to for AB Hadley. They are professional and happy and hard working. They have clearly created a positive culture in their business and you can feel it. They have my business for years to come.

This was my first time using A B Hadley and I was disappointed in my experience. I gave it two stars because they did do the work on my car and the actual repairs were fine. That being said the diagnostic process I did not care for. I took my car in for very specific electrics issue which they did not take seriously. My main issue was my cruise control isn’t working, and the first time they reached out to me, they said it was working and told me how to use my cruise…as if I didn’t know how my car works?! Then after the 3rd test drive they did in fact see it was not working and that there was an issue but didn’t know how to fix it and said it would take more time to diagnosis. I feel like a lot of expensive time was wasted to show their was a problem that I already told them about. I also told them my rear driver side door latch was not working and they didn’t even diagnosis this issue. Instead I believe they checked the rear hatch which they said was functional and again told me how to work it 😩 I specifically came in and told them the problems that I was having… I really don’t feel like I was taken seriously. You have to pay by the hour for them to diagnose and issue that I already told them was a problem. On top of that they did the diagnosis for the whole vehicle and focused more on those issues. It was just very overwhelming to get a whole list of things that were wrong with your car without them fixing the things you specifically brought the car in for. Once I went through and decided what to move forward with fixing I told them I needed my car back by Thursday because we were heading out of town. I was told that this would be no problem. Then at 5:00 Thursday I had not received a call or any information so I called and they were already closed. I hoped that they would call me first thing Friday morning, but I didn’t receive a call so by 10:00 I called. They said they weren’t able to get one of the parts and that it was still being shipped and hopefully would be there later today. My trip ending up being canceled but I did tell them that had it not, this would have been a big issue and the lack of communication was frustrating. Overall, I just don’t feel like this auto shop was the best fit for me. I did not feel like I was taken seriously and the lack of communication was not what I expect.

These folks are so nice. They are thorough, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They sent me a cool virtual inspection of my car that listed everything that needed attention. It described each issue and was easy to understand. I couldn’t afford all of the recommended repairs so I chose two that seemed important (air condition and brakes). That afternoon, the receptionist called and explained the work that had been done. I felt good about the whole experience and I’ll use them again.

These guys diagnosed and fixed a transmission problem I was having with my GMC Duramax. I dealt with multiple people both in person and over the phone and each one was very professional and courteous. I really appreciated the report they gave me on a few other things I should consider doing to my truck, but felt zero pressure to do so until I was ready. I have now used AB Hadley for my personal and work vehicles and will definitely be back.
