Jeff, Tom, & Chris were super helpful, polite, courteous, and patient explaining the issues with my truck. The guys at AB Hadley know their stuff. I've been going to the for 35 years and will continue to do so.

We had a badly needed all-over maintenance done on a 2011 Sonata hybrid w/105,000 miles on it. Harley’s was extremely thorough and easy to work with. The cost came in as estimated. It was a great experience. We had lost our garage (it closed) but now have found another one.

Thank you Phil for bringing your Hyundai down from Eden for us to service. Thanks for leaving us such a nice review! Tom Lambert- owner

Over the past year and a half or so I have had three different vehicles in your shop. The customer experience and customer service is fantastic. In my most to recent visits I have not been satisfied. I did a transmission service on a 2015 GMC and felt like I was overcharged. I was charged $180 to replace a spin off filter. I understand the cost of the filter which was $30 or less. But I took was told the rest was labor, that’s a lot of labor cost to spin a filter off and put a new one on. In my most recent visit I had a 2007 Ford freestyle towed in with a water pump issue. I did a little research on my own own prior to bringing in the vehicle and had about $200 in parts in it look like a fairly simple job from videos I found online. I spoke to your customer service and they told me it was 1.8 hours labor. They had up sold me into changing all of the hoses from the radiator to motor as well. $1450 cost to do a water pump. I understand the preventative maintenance be to put it on $1000 car I’m really not happy with putting $1400 into a water pump. I feel like my last couple visits I have just been up sold. I did have that car moved to another shop that charged me $450 for the water pump. I have lost trust in your shop due to these issues and most likely will not be bringing any of my vehicles to your business.
