I had an amazing experience with this shop. My car was completely down in another mechanic shop which I was not satisfied with at all, I found this shop through Google reviews and seriously they saved me and my car, first they towed my car from the other shop, they gave me a temporary car while my car was getting fixed which is amazing and not every shop has this option. Jeff and his team were very friendly and professional and went beyond expectations to fix my car and provide the best customer service. Very honest people and reasonable prices! Thank you so much I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

Taillight wasn't working and was recommended to go see AB Hadley because it was more than the light and fuse. They were great to get me in and got me a loaner car to use. They had to go through multiple parts to find the correct piece. They also were able to fix other things while waiting for the correct part. They stayed in constant communication and was always friendly and understanding.

I understand I should probably wait until the end to post this review (I'll update after the repairs), but around a week ago I sent my 2011 Volkswagen GTI into a shop and they recommended AB Hadley due to the nature of the repair. Then immediately sent out a tow truck for no cost, and seemed to had immediately gotten started on figuring it out. He called back within a week stating my engine (which had rod knock) needed replacing, and gave us some scenarios that could've caused it. They quoted us on the repairs and honestly for how expensive volkswagens are to repair, its very reasonable. They seem to be very understanding and they really try to help. We got an extended warranty on my car and they are really fighting it trying to get them to pay for everything.

Brought a used vehicle in for a post purchase inspection. Great experience over all. They offered me a ride home and then came and picked me up the following day so I could pick up my vehicle. Very satisfied. They did a thorough inspection and provided feedback with pictures so I could see what they were seeing. They did not try to sell any services which was appreciated. Will be back.

I read some reviews that were good that’s why I decided to bring my 17 Kia Sedona to them. I been going to Wasatch Front Kia for services for a long time. After I had my 60k service done with Wasatch Front Kia there was a strange noise coming from my van. I tried to bring it back to Wasatch Front Kia to fix the problem. They told me that they could not get for at least two weeks. I waited and they took all day and couldn’t pin point where the sound was coming from. They wanted me to come back after cleaning out my whole van. I did some research and found A.B. Hadley and called and made an appointment for Monday. I dropped off my van and ask if they had a loaner so my wife can pickup the kids from school. They gave me a free loaner to use. Yesterday I picked up my van after they replaced my tires, did alignment, new battery. Which Wasatch Front Kia never told me that my tires were bad when I first bought it in for my 60 k miles tune up. Today I noticed the noise was still there. So I brought it back to A.B.Hadley and took one of them for a test drive. Instead of pushing me away they welcome me back and fix the problem that Wasatch Front Kia cause for FREE. I then ask if they could do coolant and transmission flush. They were able to get that all done today. I was willing to schedule an appointment a different day. But they fit me in. Wasatch Front Kia lost a customer and A.B. Hadley gain lifetime customer. Thank you so very much for fixing my van.

They replaced the transfer case assembly, differential service, crankcase service, spark plugs, throttle body, intake manifold and many other services. Most of all I was very impressed with the customer service! Jeff was the gentleman that waited on me and was very polite and patient. He answered all my questions and explained the things I did not understand. They also kept me informed on the progress of my car. I will definitely recommend others to take their vehicle to A.B. Hadley.
