A.B. Hadley had available openings within a day of calling, when other shops were booked out several weeks. Dropped my vehicle afterhours, and when i came back to pick it up, the shop was slammed with customers, and they were all being helped. Jeff provided photos and detailed assessment of the issue, and talked through recent malfunctions that the shop has experienced first hand. Great experience overall, I've found my go-to shop for future needs.

Excellent customer service

Bought used X5 and had restraint system message. The BMW mechanic at Hadley did a wonderful job analyzing and fixing the problem in a timely manner. Just updates needed, alot of them, go figure. Also gave me analysis of everything with the car with suggested maintenance items that need my attention. My family has used A.B.'s for 50 years. Will definitely use the BMW mechanic at this location. Thanks a bunch!!!
